Our aim is to help you to improve your walking performance and endurance levels; if you feel that this hasn't happened after 3 weeks of using them properly then you can return them for a refund

SNOW BASKETS + SHAFTS :
As referred to in the Pacerpole User Guide - the Snow-baskets should be
threaded and be able to rotate independently of the shaft (to avoid the
shaft twisting and loosening the expanding bolts.
Check therefore, that your snow-baskets can rotate easily above the
threaded section of the tip's plastic housing; putting a smear of grease
such as Vaseline will help this - and help avoid the plastic snow-basket
binding to the plastic of the tip housing, reducing the chance of them
becoming frozen together in very low temperatures.
