“Rhodes UK” is…..Heather and Alan Rhodes, Pacerpole Ltd. We are an R&D company working in the Lake District specialising in anatomical / biomechanical research to improve performance. Pacerpole trekking poles are a result of extensive research and have been available from this website since 2002. These unique poles have already achieved worldwide recognition in the Outdoor community for their progressive, innovative design, and the biomechanical approach to accessing power without wasting it. Pacerpole telephone and mail orders continue to be available from this website. There are also a few retailers who stock Pacerpoles.

Pacerpole 3-section trekking poles have either an 18/16/14mm diameter AL7075 Alloy shaft, or a 16/14/12mm diameter carbon fibre shaft; the Left and Right handed poles come complete with a mesh storage bag, a pair of threaded winter baskets plus additional sets of 4cm baskets and rubber ferrules – together with the User Guide.
